Returns
If you want to return a product, you can send the product back to the return address on your package. You need to pay the shipping costs to send the packet. Please fill in the return form that is in the package. We will transfer the amount to your account as soon as possible.
* Returning Caps, Sale Products and Gift Cards is not possible.

Products from the SALE can’t be returned!
The return procedure is as follows:
1. Send your products back to the return address above the bottom of the page. When you are no longer in possession of the original packing slip, please add a note to your return stating your details, order number and the reason for return.
2. The package can be stamped at an issue PostNL point. Keep your proof of shipment that you receive from the employee PostNL. TIP! If your return / exchange through a mailbox matches, we advise you to prepay these as standard mail and in the nearest mailbox in your neighborhood post.The return of the article by the customer must be done at their own expense. Send your return postage prepaid because we do not work with a box number. That may be in its original packaging / packing box.
3. Unstamped packages are not accepted. You are solely responsible for the arrival of your return.
4. Upon receipt of your return, the refund within 7 days will be transferred to you. When the money in your account is then dependent on the speed of the banks themselves.
